None of them had any musical ability or even listened to that much music, but they all decided that it "couldnt be that hard."...but fo realz, The group of pop/punk all stars from Cleveland, Ohio joined forces for the common goal of creating musical ecstasy. Armed with a plethora of catchy hooks and carefully constructed melodies, the band hit the ground running.
Word soon spread of ODN's infectious music and energetic live shows and in 2010 they recorded their debut album "Live and Learn." The album gained a considerable amount of attention from some of the local giants in the music scene, but the guys felt like something was missing. In the summer of 2010 they signed to Area 67, changed their line-up and wrote an album's worth of new songs. They decided it was time to hit the studio again. The new 7 song EP titled "...that's what she said" will be available in all major markets before the end of the year, but some of the new cuts are available online to preview. The new songs have already started attracting interest from labels and a few national acts. Not too bad for a bunch of rambunctious kids with tattoos and little to no ambiton of having "real jobs."
Don't let their playful and boisterous demeanor fool you, however. As much as they are a bunch of immature kids who still laugh about boners and fart jokes, they are very serious about one thing. Making music a full time gig. In addition to playing to a sold out crowd at the Cleveland Music Festival, they were voted the number one band in Cleveland and earned a spot on the 2010 Vans Warped Tour. That, along with winning a few Battle of the Bands competitions and playing with a few notable headliners, has turned ODN into an experience that should not be missed!

Hailing from Lyndhurst, Highland Heights, and Willoughby, this quartet includes the twin duo of Peter Ianni, the band’s powerhouse drummer, and Joey Ianni who provides the band with a combination of energetic vocals over well-structured guitar riffs. The duo is accompanied by their cousin, Justin Pugel, who provides the band with flowing hooks on his guitar, and Vince DeFilippo, the bands’ bassist, who has seemingly mastered the art of it’s smoothness and intricacy. Exit Cleveland proves time and time again that they have a knack for pop music by continuing to write and perform songs that leave the listener wanting more. With a strong sense of melody and harmony topped with catchy guitar hooks, brisk percussion, and a little bit of luck, this quartet shows versatility and the ability to draw crowds across the nation.
In the fall of 2008, Exit Cleveland released their first ever EP entitled “Right On Time.” The record captures the band’s diversity and catchiness, and touches on every aspect of the Pop-Punk genre. With the slightly more punk sounding songs like “Next Big Boy Band”, to the dance songs like “Shimmy With Me,” to the pop songs like “Chances Are We See the Same…or We Don’t,” the album will surely make their old fans happy while continuing to expand their fan base nationwide.
With the release of “Right On Time,” Exit Cleveland has been getting radio play on various college radio stations around the country and has shared the stage with many national acts including Forever the Sickest Kids (Universal Records), The Morning light (Fearless Records), The Bigger Lights (Doghouse Records), The Morning Of (Tragic Hero Records), A Rocket to the Moon (Fueled by Ramen), Fireworks (Triple Crown/Run for Cover), The Wonder Years (No Sleep), Living with Lions (Black Music Box), Thieves and Villains (Victory), Fight Fair (Triple Crown), The Promise Hero (TDR), Racing Kites, and many more.
